We are situated on the A647, Bradford to Halifax road, in Queensbury village.
Services:
We worship on Sundays at 10.45am.
The second Sunday of the month is Family Worship.
The third Sunday of the month, between April and
September, we worship at Holy Trinity Parish Church, across the road,
at 10.15am. Between October and March, Holy Trinity join us at West End,
also at 10.15am.
So, we alternate on the third Sunday of the month between Methodist Worship
and Anglican Worship.
On Tuesdays at 10.00am, we hold our Coffee Morning
and Meeting Point and on the first Tuesday of the month
there is a short Shoppers'
Service at 10.45am.
On Wednesdays, the Mother and Toddler Group meet for
a morning and an afternoon session.
On Thursday afternoon from 1.30 - 3.30pm. Neighbourly
Needles. An informal group where folks can bring along their
own handicraft work and do it in the company of others. We only started
in January but have had a dozen people so far - some from the churches
in Queensbury and some from the community. All are welcome to come.
There is no charge but £1 is requested for refreshments - these
are optional.
It's amazing what you learn about different crafts as you see other people doing
them - and also different ways of doing things you are familiar with.
Please contact our minister, Rev. Albert Gayle, to discuss baptism, marriage
and funeral services.
