For our visitors, Mount Tabor is an extremely friendly
church, particularly for children. We have the largest Sunday School
membership in the circuit of which we are very proud.
A remembrance garden is situated in front of the church.
Roses were planted for members with loved one's lost, and is kept stocked
with seasonable plants all year round. This is often remarked on by visitors.
There are beautiful views over the valley from the church. We have close
links with the farming community, the primary school at Wainstalls, and
the urban Mixenden area.
We have a large car park to the side of the church, with
wheelchair access to the church and toilet facilities.
